GST is charged when you buy the set. It is not charged again when the cards are used.
Who you are buying from
Easy Cozy Wellness is a small, independent acupressure and massage studio at 6418 Dover Rd in North Nanaimo. We moved here from Abbotsford on November 1, 2025.
Meet Lillian. Trained under a reputable chiropractor in Chengdu, China, Lillian has more than 20 years of hands-on massage experience, including over 10 years in Canada. In 2018 she completed the 1,000-hour Diploma of Acupressure and Massage at the Vancouver International College of Health and Wellness, and she is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Before moving to Nanaimo, she worked at our former Abbotsford studio for seven years.

What each card can be used for
Each card shows a session length, not a service. Whoever holds the card chooses the service when they book. For example:
- 30-minute card: Head and Neck Focus or Focused Foot Reflexology
- 60-minute card: Full Body Acupressure Massage
- 90-minute card: Full Body Acupressure Massage or Full Body + Foot Combo
- 120-minute card: Deep Renewal Full Body Session
The six cards in a set can be shared with family and friends, one session per card.
How it works
- Buy online. Choose the session length on the Square checkout page and enter the recipient's name.
- Choose how to get the cards. An email confirmation right after payment, printed cards to pick up at the studio, or printed cards mailed free within B.C.
- Book a session. Book online at easycozy.ca/booking, or call or text 778-561-0208, and mention the gift card. Bring the card or the confirmation to the session.
Buying, picking up and using the cards
- GST: prices are plus GST, which is charged when you buy the card. When the card is used at the studio, no GST is charged again.
- Tips: never required. If you would like to leave one, you can do so after the session.
- Getting the card: at checkout, give us the recipient's name and choose how you want the card: an email confirmation, a printed card you pick up at the studio (6418 Dover Rd, Nanaimo, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm), or a printed card mailed free to your billing address. We mail within British Columbia only. To send it to a different B.C. address, call or text us after you pay.

- Other offers: Gift card sets can’t be combined with other offers, including referral discounts or credits.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Free street parking on Dover Rd, right outside our front door. There is also room for 1 to 2 cars in our back-lane driveway.
Our practitioners are members of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). They are not Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), so sessions cannot be billed to insurance directly.
Questions
Can I give the six cards to different people?
Yes. Each card covers one session, so a set can go to six different people, or one person can use all six.
Do the cards expire?
No. Our gift cards have no expiry date. Only the set offer has an end date: December 31, 2026, or sooner if all 30 sets sell out.
Does the person using the card have to pick the service now?
No. The card sets the session length only. The service is chosen at booking, for example a 30-minute card can be used for Head and Neck Focus or Focused Foot Reflexology.
Will there be a better price on Black Friday?
No. This is our Black Friday offer. The set price stays the same through Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November 30), so there is no need to wait.
How many sets are available?
30 sets in total, across all four session lengths. Once they are sold, single gift cards are still available from $38 plus GST on our single gift card page.
Can I use a referral discount or credit with a gift card set?
No. Gift card sets can’t be combined with other offers, including referral discounts or credits.
Can I get a refund, or replace a lost card?
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not registered to a name, so lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced; please keep them somewhere safe.
Can sessions be billed to my insurance?
No. Our practitioners are NHPC members, not RMTs, so we cannot bill insurance companies directly.
How far ahead should the cards be used to book?
Book whenever suits you; there is no deadline. If plans change, please give us at least 4 hours' notice to move the appointment.
