Decline booking

Based on your answer to our online booking pre-screening question, you indicate that you have symptoms of “fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or have you travelled outside of Canada or been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days”. Therefore, we are sorry that we cannot accept your booking request now. Please contact us again when you don’t have the above mentioned symptoms or you have completed 14-day self-isolation.
